Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods, ensuring high-quality service to customers and colleagues. They perform all station functions including preparation, cooking, tasting, and cleaning. This is a non-exempt position within a high-volume restaurant.

Requirements

• Follow recipes and/or product directions
• Tastes products and follows menus
• Clean and sanitize workstations
• Practice food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment and cook various food items
