Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods, maintaining a high standard of service, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This is a non-exempt position requiring all station functions including cooking eggs, preparing meats, vegetables, and desserts. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of food safety are essential.

Requirements

• Follow recipes and produce safe food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment.
• Communicate with managers and servers as needed.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and bend, twist, and stand.
