General Manager II

The General Manager II is responsible for managing a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant or small cluster of restaurants with annual sales in excess of $4M. The GMII ensures the restaurant operates to high operational and financial standards, with a focus on employee engagement and profitability.

Requirements

• Ensure all assistant managers and staff recognize the importance of closing the restaurant to prepare for opening
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability within the restaurant
• Provide consistent support, coaching, and encouragement to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
• Interview job candidates, make hiring and termination decisions, and promote HMSHost as an employer of choice
