Host/Hostess

The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, seating them, assisting with service tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Store Manager, performing a variety of tasks to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to read and interpret seating charts
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
