Host/Hostess

HMSHost is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them, and provide excellent service. This role involves customer service, menu knowledge, cash handling, and contributing to a positive restaurant dining experience. The position reports to a Store Manager and typically works in a full-service restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read seating charts.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
