Requirements
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple retail locations
- Monitor compliance with brand standards and develop corrective action plans
- Review daily timekeeping punches and monitor overtime compliance
- Scheduling managers to ensure zone coverage
- Ensure comprehensive inventory management
- Analyze operational data to monitor zone performance
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local safety and health standards
- Ensure planned maintenance is conducted and addresses all maintenance and repair items as needed
