The Retail Multi-Unit Manager provides operational leadership within a defined geographic section or zone, supporting the location's Senior Director or Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple retail locations
• Monitor compliance with brand standards and develop corrective action plans
• Review daily timekeeping punches and monitor overtime compliance
• Scheduling managers to ensure zone coverage
• Ensure comprehensive inventory management
• Analyze operational data to monitor zone performance
• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local safety and health standards
• Ensure planned maintenance is conducted and addresses all maintenance and repair items as needed
