Shift Manager I

HMSHost is seeking a Shift Manager I to assist Branch management with restaurant operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with overseeing associate activities. It's a rotating schedule including both opening and closing shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to work shifts, including opening, busy days, and closing
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
• Reporting relationship with a manager
• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
• 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
