Job Description
Dulcedo is seeking an Agent to build and manage talent rosters within the entertainment industry. The Agent will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and developing high-potential talent for brands, promoting their visibility, and ultimately boosting their careers. The role involves a blend of talent management, sales, negotiation, and brand building, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience
- Proven success in marketing, sponsorship, and events sales
- Experience with athlete management (partnerships, games, brand activations)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of sports industry landscape
- Proficiency in red-lining contracts
