We are looking for a developer to join our team at Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo. As a developer, you will be responsible for developing new housing projects and building a network of relationships. You will work closely with the municipality, architects, constructors, and designers to ensure that projects are developed, sold, and executed from A to Z.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO degree, in the direction of Building, Real Estate, or Technical Business Administration.
• Experience as a (construction) developer at a developing builder or comparable work experience.
• Number of years of experience as a (construction) developer.
