The Executive Pastry Chef is a leadership role responsible for leading the bakery team, managing kitchen equipment, and maintaining high-quality food production. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, people-first manager with experience in high-volume production and a passion for innovation.

Requirements

• 6 years' experience outside training in related fields
• Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to man 100% of all stations in the bake shop
• Working knowledge and advance proficiency in piping jells, icings, creams, etc.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
