Job Description
The Executive Pastry Chef will lead the bakery team and be responsible for managing kitchen operations, developing team members, and maintaining high-quality food products.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience outside training in related fields
- Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to man 100% of all stations in the bake shop
- Working knowledge and advance proficiency in piping jells, icings, creams, etc.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
