Role Overview

The Area Operations Manager will oversee daily operations for multiple regional offices, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies at each location. They will drive profitability by analyzing financial performance and implementing growth strategies tailored to each office's needs. The role requires strong leadership, human resources management, and conflict resolution skills.

What You Will Do

The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for generating new customers, identifying business opportunities, recruiting, training, and developing employees in each office. They will also monitor and improve performance, productivity, and efficiency across all regional offices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP or RTPM certification preferred
• RCDD certification preferred
• BICSI Technician Certified preferred
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
• 7-10 years' telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience
• 10+ years construction/telecommunications experience
• Experience with security, audio visual, videoconferencing, wireless communications preferred
• Proven project management experience on time, on budget, with safety and quality required
