Job Description
Join Our Team as a Community Homebase Case Manager! EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager to join our Community Homebase Program. As a Case Manager, you will assist families in resolving crises and provide case management support to families in crisis struggling with problems such as substance abuse and mental illness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- One year of child and adolescent experience required or at least one-year community or social service work of child and adolescent experience
- Participation in at least 20 hours of training in the first six months of employment
