Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Personal Loans)

Earnest is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Personal Loans) to join their team. The role will involve owning financial strategy, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering executive-ready reporting. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
• Proven track record of owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise with the ability to build complex frameworks
• Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to broader strategy
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership
