Job Description
Full-time physician available immediately to provide primary care services to frail participants of the Neighborhood PACE of NeighborHealth program. Provide geriatric primary care services for PACE participants across multiple long term care settings.
Requirements
- Experience as a practitioner for frail adults
- Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Spanish proficiency (preferred)
Benefits
- Salaries up to $271,200 based on years of experience
