Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Supported Living Supervisor to provide supports and assist individuals with intellectual, physical and/or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. The supervisor will work in collaboration with the Program Coordinator/or Associate Director to direct and monitor the work of Direct Support Professionals and ensure that agreements established in the DDD contract are followed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of supervision required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
