Service Associate I (Easton)

The Service Associate I role is a hybrid position that combines customer service and teller responsibilities in a traditional branch setting. The successful candidate will work towards achieving sales and service goals while providing excellent customer service and handling daily account maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing self-starter with technical literacy
• Basic business acumen and professionalism
