Clinical Nurse Educator

Clinical Nurse Educator role supporting over 250 learners across Eastern Health, with a particular focus on learners during their general nursing rotations. Responsible for delivering the Transition to Practice program requirements across all Eastern Health sites.

Requirements

• Condition free AHPRA registration
• Relevant postgraduate qualification to profession
• Clinical experience with education programs including experience in clinical practice supervision of learners (students, graduates)
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate staff and to contribute to and foster a positive learning culture
• Demonstrated organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, leadership and conflict management, in order to facilitate effective team functioning
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
