Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Educator, Student Programs is responsible for the planning, implementation and support in Nursing and Midwifery student programs across Eastern Health. The position provides leadership and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance education and support staff in providing a safe and welcoming environment and provide a quality experience for students and learners.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification, or currently enrolled in, relevant to profession
- Clinical experience with education programs including experience in clinical practice supervision of learners (i.e students, graduates)
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Australian Drivers Licence
