The Product & Pricing Center of Excellence is a key part of Eastman’s updated business operating model which, along with COEs in Marketing and Sales, have a mandate to build and elevate Eastman’s enterprise-wide commercial capability.
Requirements
- Partner with the Product & Pricing COE LT and business partners to influence standardization and application of strategic best practices in price setting, price execution, and pricing analytics within Eastman businesses.
- Serve as a subject matter resource, advising pricing teams in the development and alignment of price strategies with other commercial and business strategies.
- Implement and execute COE global and regional pricing initiatives, supporting special projects where necessary.
- Partner with IT to identify and recommend digital solutions which drive improvements in price realization and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing teams.
- Lead the development of enterprise pricing capability frameworks, aligned and learning pathways that support development, engagement, and retention across pricing roles.
- Develop role-based learning programs which build capability in pricing concepts (foundational to advanced) and industry best practices, enabling employee development and retention.
- Lead enterprise capability assessments and translate findings into targeted actions that close identified gaps and strengthen the enterprise pricing capabilities.
- Support the refinement, digitization, and standardization of the candidate assessment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across hiring decisions.
- Influence Transformation and Change Management through driving stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communication.
- Collaborate and consult with Sales, Marketing, IT and other functions to develop, deliver, and support capability solutions for Pricing.
