Job Description
The Manager - IT Service Delivery is responsible for managing and delivering technology services through internal teams and third-party suppliers, overseeing IT software/hardware procurement, ensuring data privacy, information security, and disaster recovery plans, and managing the local technology budget.
Requirements
- Experience working with in-house and outsource technology service providers
- Experience working with a multi-cultural multi-regional team
- At least 3 years of experience in personal data processing, cybersecurity, or data security
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Proven IT management experience in foreign asset management company
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Team player and yet able to work independently when required
