Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, IT project management, or vendor management
- Demonstrated expertise in AI frameworks, data analytics platforms, and cloud integration solutions across leading technologies
- Strong knowledge of IT implementation, configuration, and managed services
- Experience working with external vendors and internal technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently without direct reports, while influencing cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
