Job Description
Easybrain is seeking a Support Manager to join their team developing mobile games and apps. The role involves handling player inquiries, providing consultations, and collaborating with the project team to resolve issues. The company values high-quality communication and prioritizes user care.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (Advanced/C1+)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Ready to work within a flexible distributed schedule
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Responsibility and ability to work independently
- Russian language proficiency
- Passion for mobile games
