EatClub is looking for a Regional Manager to lead their NSW team, responsible for owning the book of business, coaching and developing a team of account managers, and driving commercial decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a sales or account management team (5+ people), owning a revenue or retention target
- A strong track record of hitting commercial targets, you know how to drive a book of business, not just manage relationships
- The ability to coach and motivate a diverse team, keep performance high, and handle difficult conversations when needed
- Comfort working across functions, you influence Sales and Marketing without needing to own those teams
- Experience in a high-growth or marketplace environment (hospitality or tech experience is a plus, not a must)
- Commercially sharp - you understand what drives revenue and you're quick to identify where risk is hiding
- Direct and clear - you give feedback well, communicate decisions with context, and don't let ambiguity sit unresolved
- Action-oriented - you don't wait for a perfect plan; you make a call, move the team, and adjust as you go
- Genuinely curious about the market - you want to understand why a postcode is underperforming, not just report that it is
