Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement /cost out initiatives across the plant in Nacogdoches, TX. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or lean manufacturing deployment in a manufacturing environment
- Three (3) years of experience as a manager of people
- Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt Certified (preferred)
