Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline
• Active CIPD membership is desirable
• Progressive HR experience in a business partnering or HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both ROI and NI
• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organisation
• Proven expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR delivery
