Job Description
Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the administration and execution of Human Resources functions such as communication, coaching, employee relations, compensation analysis, employee benefits, employee development and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees
- Responsible for the hourly recruitment process
- Lead site new employee welcome and orientation
- Manage leaves of absences
- Assist the HR Team with all HR life cycle processes
- Lead performance development calibration process
- Partner with the site HR Leader to execute corporate initiatives
- Backup Designated Employer Representative (DER)
- Manage the Rideshare Program
- Assists with procuring and managing contingent labor
- Analytical ability including identifying patterns, trends, associations, and cause-effect relationships
- Responsible for running and creating reports, analyzing information, and summarizing for presentation
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local government posting requirements
