Job Description
Lead engineer responsible for developing and justifying commercialization of power electronics technologies for diverse Eaton businesses.
Requirements
- Master's in engineering, Ph.D. highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience for Master's, 0-3 years for Ph.D.
- Broad understanding of power electronics technologies
- Experience with power semiconductor devices, gate drive technologies, thermal management, AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC power converter topologies, design and control strategies
- Experience with high-power power electronics system hardware design, development, and verification
- Fluent English communication, team work capability
