We are looking for a Senior Analyst HR Technologies to configure and maintain HR systems, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR system configuration and support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated proficiency of project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation, ability to lead and influence others, and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people
- High attention to detail and a desire to drive for results
- Thorough Knowledge of Human Resource Practices
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications
- Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems
