Job Description
Eatonâs ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Tooling Engineer (molds) responsible for managing and controlling Eaton-owned tooling located at external supplier sites, ensuring tooling inventory accuracy, overseeing preventive maintenance execution, and leading capital project requests for new or replacement tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar position
- Understanding of production tooling (e.g., dies, molds, fixtures, stamping tools)
- Conversational English is a must
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and asset management practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with CAPEX processes and basic project management principles
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes used by suppliers
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems is preferred
