Training Supervisor

Eaton’s Power Components Division is seeking a Training Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of employee training programs for hourly unionized employees. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation of training activities, developing training content, and partnering with department leaders to drive continuous improvement in workforce capability and compliance.

Requirements

• Lead the coordination and maintenance of site-wide training programs
• Facilitate and support New Hire Orientation
• Develop content utilizing various media
• Align with functional leaders to develop and execute site-wide strategy
• Assess training techniques and develop evaluation tools
• Manage site-wide training updates and communications
• Support local projects and internal and external benchmarking
• Drive for continuous improvement and support 5S initiatives
