Job Description

The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in steering the HR department and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's overarching goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or related industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement in HR processes
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
