Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a vital role in supporting hiring ramp-ups and short-term recruitment initiatives, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, shared services, or corporate hiring preferred)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
