Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact FP&A Manager to lead and scale our enterprise capital planning and investment governance process across Technology, Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive investment decisions and bring discipline and transparency to capital deployment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, capital planning, project finance, or similar roles supporting technology.
- Strong financial modeling skills (NPV, IRR, scenario/sensitivity analysis) and proven experience building investment business cases.
- Direct experience owning or running capital budgeting, CAPEX governance, or project portfolio processes.
- Knowledge of software capitalization accounting and CAPEX/OpEx distinctions.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems (Anaplan, Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- MBA required.
