Edenred is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and change catalyst for our business unit. You will partner closely with business unit leadership to translate business challenges into HR solutions and contribute directly to business success through people development.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (HR Master will be considered as an asset)
- 5-7 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years as HR Business Partner or similar strategic position
- Proven experience in business partnering, talent acquisition strategies, onboarding design, engagement programs, and HR analytics
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR analytics tools, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Strategic thinking with business acumen and focus on measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Adaptability and positive attitude toward change
- Fluency in English
