Job Description
REI Systems is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the organization. This role will partner closely with management to align people strategies with business needs, strengthen employee experience, support organizational effectiveness, and help drive a high-performing, compliant, and values-based culture.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience, including substantial HR experience in planning and administrating employee benefits.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using HR data, metrics, and trends to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Experience improving HR processes and implementing practical, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business judgment, communication skills, and consultative influence.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
