Client Transitions Analyst

Role Overview

The Client Transition Analyst will support the operational aspects of client transition events, including new mandate fundings, terminations, and asset transfers. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on operational risk management and control environment.

What You Will Do

The CTA will ensure timely and consistent delivery of account opening documentation, execute asset transfers, and coordinate fund launches and closures. They will also provide assistance and training to colleagues and act as a global expert for account record set-ups.

Requirements

• Broad and proven knowledge of the investment process, custody, fund operations, transfer agency functions, and securities knowledge including derivatives
• Excellent organizational, project planning, and execution skills
• High degree of analytical ability, strong business judgment and risk awareness
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication skills, and proven service delivery
