The HR Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of HR processes, onboarding coordination, and HR systems administration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR coordinator, HR generalist, or related HR experience
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
