As a Service Team Member, you bring the flavor to life at El Pollo Loco. You will ensure "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish, helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, and greeting/helping customers with their orders.

Requirements

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
