As a Service Team Member at El Pollo Loco, you will provide "Best in Class" customer service, prepare delicious food, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers with their orders. This role involves working collaboratively with the restaurant team and management to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
