Job Description
We are looking for a client-centric individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing customers within their portfolio to ensure Element wins repeat business and maintains and grows revenue by executing on: proactive client renewals (RFPs), pricing optimization, and share of wallet opportunities.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a strategic relationship management or related position
- Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM
- Accountable for the management of existing client portfolio for Element Fleet, generally Fortune 500 or multinational organizations
