Team Lead, Subrogation

We are seeking a Subrogation Team Lead to join our team at Element Fleet Management. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to the subrogation team to achieve SLAs and meet or exceed subrogation goals.

Requirements

• 3+ year insurance industry experience or 5+ years Subrogation, collections or negotiations experience required.
• MS Office – proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to address and work through confrontational situations.
