Role Overview

Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the Southwest region, focusing on aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, industrial, and advanced technology markets. Work closely with engineering, program management, and procurement stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with engineering, quality, program management, and procurement leaders within assigned accounts. Drive profitable revenue growth through new business development, account penetration, and expansion of existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development, technical sales, account management, or engineering experience within a technical services environment
• Proven success developing business within aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, industrial, or advanced manufacturing markets
• Experience selling technical, engineering, testing, certification, validation, or compliance services
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, program managers, and executive decision-makers
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and developing strategic customer relationships
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal development skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%, including occasional overnight travel
