MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive the development and growth of its SAS business at several Strategic Accounts, OEM's and OSAT's. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic account plans, managing stakeholders, and mentoring a team.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
- At least 10 years of working experience, with at least 3-5 years of strategic account management experience
- Experience with leading teams, global account management, and stakeholder- and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
- Proven experience using sales methodologies such as RADAR from The Complex Sale, Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, etc
