Director, Commercial Excellence

ElevateBio is seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence to lead the optimization of their end-to-end commercial operations, driving sales effectiveness and enhancing go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial, business development, or any related strategy role
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing sales processes and driving measurable improvements in performance
• Deep experience with CRM platforms and commercial analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
