Job Description
ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to focus on the LATAM scale. This role will involve building a scalable customer success playbook, onboarding new clients, monitoring usage, and contributing to CS OKRs. The position offers opportunities for impact, growth, and learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a fast paced, product driven SaaS organization.
- Experience developing programs and processes that deliver best in class customer experiences at scale.
- Commercial experience - you will own renewals and expansion for your book of business.
- Experience working directly with technical products, including onboarding, adoption, and translating complex technical concepts.
- Strong proficiency in using data analytics and CRM tools to monitor customer health, derive actionable insights, and measure the impact of playbooks and customer programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
