We are seeking an IT Service Manager to oversee ITSM processes and ensure they are effectively managed and developed across departments.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management (ITSM)
- Knowledge in ITIL-based processes
- Analytical and conceptual strength
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
