Job Description
The Process Owner IT Service Management will be responsible for the development and improvement of IT Service Management processes, ensuring the stability and future-proofing of IT services at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. This includes the evaluation, analysis, and continuous improvement of existing ITSM processes, as well as the conception, introduction, and establishment of new ITSM processes.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management, als Process Owner in komplexen IT- Organisationen oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle als Process Manager, Consultant etc.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der ITIL-Methodik und gängiger ITSM-Prozesse
- Erfahrung in der EinfĂĽhrung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von ITSM-Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
