Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related qualification, or alternatively, a completed IT training with relevant professional experience
- Fundamental knowledge in IT Service Management and practical experience with process-oriented working methods
- Several years of experience in designing, introducing, or optimizing ITSM processes such as Incident-, Problem-, Change- or Configuration-Management
- Experience in dealing with common ITSM tools as well as in defining and evaluating Service-KPIs, Reports and Management-Dashboards
- Good understanding of requirements from the areas IT-Security, Compliance and IT-Operation as well as experience in cooperation with various IT and departmental teams
- Analytical and structured working style as well as excellent communication and moderation skills
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing
