General Manager

Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to manage all areas of operation, including marketing, human resources, and financial aspects. The role requires someone with strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills, responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and maintaining restaurant standards. This is a key position for a person passionate about great food and service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution and coaching
• Certification in Servsafe and Food Safety (or within 30 days of hiring)
• Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
• Knowledge of business financials and forecasting
• Experience with bar service and state and local liquor laws
• Understanding of labor, inventory, and waste management
• High degree of pace and intensity while maintaining quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage a large team and develop other management staff
